Catalystas collective are Marou Krout, Johanna Richter and Carla Kienz. We work at the intersection of architecture, urban research and artistic strategies. In the context of today's transformation processes, we see the need to mediate between people, disciplines and activities, to build up new networks and to link the diversity of existing knowledge and ideas. Based on the site-specific investigation of habits, rituals and rules in the city, we seek for opening up new possibilities for encounters and exchange through experimental and playful urban practices.
